• You acknowledge that Virtual Items have no real-world value

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law

• Virtual Items cannot be transferred or traded outside the game

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPS SERVICES, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless APPS Services, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Services immediately ends
• You must cease all use of the Services
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Loudoun County, Virginia.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and APPS Services, LLC regarding the Services.
